It is with pleasure that I give my recommendation to you regarding J&J Concessions / Jonathan Searle.  I had the pleasure of working closely with Jonathan during the 2008 Utah State Fair.  His deep fried Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich was a featured item in our television advertising this year.  People stood in line to try his product; lines grew at times to as long as 150 people.  The PB&J stand had to be put on information maps so people knew where to go to find them!   

Jonathan shows amazing creativity in developing new food treats for fairs.  He has demonstrated such enthusiasm for what he does that everyone around him seems to “catch” his passion for deep fried delicacies.

As a media representative it’s important to me to have a good relationship with our popular food vendors. Jonathan was always willing, day or night or even early morning hours, to demonstrate on live television, or talk with a news reporter.  On a moments notice, he would supply me with product to feature on air.  His response each and every time ( and this was more than once a day!)  to my request for another PB & J was “No problem!”   

In short, this guy is terrific.  He works hard.  He’s friendly. He has a clean booth.  He understands customer service.  And most important, he provides an unusual food item that makes your event a bit more special and interesting.
